Working as the sole provider in Cooma Community Health Clinic has widened my knowledge and improved my skills as a leader. It is my responsibility to provide quality service to clients and to provide support for those working with me. I have experience in developing, planning, and evaluating client programs and services.

For the past 3 years, as well as continuing to provide dental care to children in regional NSW,  I have taken on a management role within my cluster and have been responsible for creating and managing rosters, stores procurement for 4 busy dental clinics, organising staff meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes then distributing them to all staff,
