For the past 15 years I have worked in administration where I have developed a broad range of skills and abilities. I have gained extensive experience in both primary and high school office environments where I am proficient in a range of administrative roles. After a few years away from the workforce to raise my family, and I am now seeking part-time work as a school administrative officer.

I am currently working part-time at Port Macquarie Public School, where I have a variety of rolls and responsibilities. I carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently and use my excellent communication skills for liaising with teachers, parents and students. Job responsibilities have included:

  • Proficient use of ERN, Sentral & School bytes management systems.
  • Served as liaison between parents and students by answering telephones, and over the counter enquiries.
  • Process new and ongoing enrolments and leavers.
  • Highly experience in all aspects of Office 365, word, excel, sway, powerpoint, teams, sharepoint, mail merge etc
  • Sickbay treatments and administering of student medications. Sickbay maintenance and stock supplies.
  • In and out going mail processing, including purchase request ordering and Edbuy supplies.
  • Booking travel for staff and other weekly event organising and catering.
