• Coordinate and deliver on the programs outcomes & objectives aligned with ACCPA’s Workforce

• Assist in the identification and development of products, programs, initiatives, and activities.
• Ensure activities are delivered within scope, on time and within budget.
• Ensure all reporting requirements are met within required timeframes.
• Consistently monitor learner progress and identify learners most likely at risk of non-completion and
implement strategies to improve learner engagement.
• Support and maintain relevant hubs and portals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovation, opportunities to optimise and streamline
processes and procedures.
• Build and nurture stakeholder relationships through regular communication.
• Represent ACCPA at relevant forums, meetings, conferences, and network events as required.
• Identify funding opportunities which supports the development of products and services.
• Continuously scan the workforce environment to ensure that knowledge around the aged care
workforce and industry development requirements are current and reflective of sector requirements.
• Other tasks as directed by the General Manager Services & Sector Capacity that promote ACCPA
strategy and business objectives.
• Behave consistent with ACCPA values when interacting with staff, Members, and stakeholders.
