Summary

With over 10 years in the Disability Sector, mostly with Early Intervention Autism services, I am extremely passionate and dedicated to all children receiving the best start to life.

I believe that all children, regardless of their needs or abilities, should be made to feel welcomed and included in their early years care settings, whether that be playgroup, daycare or school.

I am extremely passionate about the Inclusion Project Coordinator role as I believe this role is a great opportunity to support inclusion in early years settings. I also think the opportunity to support families and staff within these settings is a big step towards a positive change in inclusive playgroup initiatives.

Having 10+ years experience in similar roles, I feel I would be an asset to your team and I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to discuss the role further.

I have decided to return to university this semester and will be studying a Bachelor of Social Work part time and feel like the knowledge and experience I will gain throughout my course will support me to excel in this role.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
