  • Conduct Handover
  • Read Dairy/ Communication book and memo file
  • Discuss any changes in health statues with RN/ CN and Supervisor Carer
  • Ensure staff are appropriately allocated
  • Check in on unwell patients
  • Liaise A.C.F.I coordinator and check all assessments
