- Managed the deployment of all campus labour to ensure adequate staffing levels relative to child enrolments.

• Managed the implementation and roll-out of a cloud based system to effectively manage HR, payroll and workforce management functions, across 70 campuses over a 2 month period.

• Managed all sales and legal processes to complete all reservations, settlements (approximately 700) and profits including overseeing reporting and analytics.
• Worked closely with finance department to set realistic budgets for sales initiatives while monitoring expenses diligently throughout fiscal year periods.
