
I am a dedicated Early Childhood teacher who has demonstrated ability to motivate and engage students in learning. I have managed diverse classrooms, assessed student progress and developed positive relationships with students and parents.
My classrooms are organized to encourage young children to be independent learners developing skills to help them have success in the world around them.
During my teaching career I have implemented a variety of programs in my classroom as the Education system within Australia works ot meet the needs of a changing society.
I currently work as a Prep Teacher in Queensland Government school - Virginia State School. I have been employed at this school since 2001 teaching mainly Prep and Year 1 classes. I have also taught multi- age classes.
During this period of my teaching career, I had a number of short term teaching contracts at Virginia State School. I taught from Prep to Year 3. I taught a Year 3 class from January 2000 to December 2000.
I worked at Mansfield State School in Brisbane as a Year 3 teacher.
I worked as a Year 3 teacher at Northgate State School.
I worked as a Early childhood teacher on the Year Levels of 1 and 3.
During my 2 years at Blackbutt State School. I taught a Year 4 class, a 2/3/4 multiage class with another teacher and a Year 1 class.
Curriculum Planning
