At front-

• Take orders from line up customers, phone calls, ubereats and other online orders.
• Prepare drink according to order efficiently and serve orders.

At back-

• Prepare ingredients for all drinks, from bubble, teas, to other add-on. Also helping unload ingredients, make sure follow FIFO rules.

Cashier and kitchen hand

Mainly in between front and back. Filled up empty tray, ensure food on display aren’t spoiled and served prepared food to customer.
