I have been involved in sport all my life. Previously, I was Club Captain of Coffs Harbour Swim Club. I played for my Local club Northern Storm F.C., from the age of 8 through to 19, reaching the heights of Reserve Grade and co-captaining the team from ages of 13-17. I discussed with my previous boss on providing sports vouchers to local sports teams to support junior sports and our business. Last year, we rolled out that initiative program, and this year it has been my responsibility to do so again.

Currently, I spend most of my free time at the Coffs Harbour Golf Club. The quality I love most about golf is that it is a sport that cannot be perfected. This requires you to evolve your abilities. Otherwise, regression, stagnation, or complacency within golf becomes a real problem. This is the perfect quality staff should have within a workplace that allows the business to grow.
