I am currently working in the hospitality industry and have learned so many important skills due to the fast-paced environment and the high level of customer interaction required to do the role well. In this environment I have learnt to adapt and handle a wide-variety of clientele, as well as how to provide the service they are looking for. This allows me to keep an open mind and attitude, which I have found to be vital when managing & working with people. I always aspire to complete my job at a high standard as well as learn new skills to put me ahead.
