- Initially employed by RACV Club as a waiter, I have gradually upskilled myself to now work as a bartender and a barista. The RACV Club has a variety of hospitality areas in-house, serving various purposes ranging from a buffet breakfast experience, to a fine dining area for members to enjoy. Currently I am foremost a barista in the morning and/or a bartender that assists in these several different spaces within the workplace. I have had to be adaptable, quick to learn and always customer focused and professional at all times.
