  • Managed administration and project management of people processes and IHG people tools hotel wide.
  • Manage the administrative function of HR.
  • Complete and issue Team Member contracts accurately and in line with set time-frames.
  • Lead, mentor and guide hotel leaders during the recruitment and on-boarding process for all new colleagues ensuring that all new colleagues have received the appropriate tools required to succeed.
  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to facilitate interview and hiring process.
