Developing local road schemes and maintaining the road network, functioning with other professionals to build and maintain roads, planning for highway maintenance and improvement projects, Assist with feasibility studies, environmental planning documents, and proposing changes for highway projects to improve efficiency and safety. Project Billing, scheduling, progress reporting, and coordination, Development of project proposals and estimates, Final project plan and document preparation, including quantities. Drafting tender and contract documents, Handling construction teams and adhering to health and safety guidelines, Undertaking risk assessments, Negotiating with stakeholders, including clients, Road Engineer, and members of the public, Evaluating construction costs,

confirming that projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.
• Managed quality assurance and laboratory testing for concreting operations.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Collaborated with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, drawings and blueprints.

Undertaking surveys and layouts, checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, supervising contracted staff, ensuring project, packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales, liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager, providing technical advice and solving problems on site, preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials, ensuring that health and safety.

Site Supervision at the construction site (double basement commercial building) and Provide necessary technical guidance and support to the workers and ensure the Construction works as per the working drawings, Quantity and quality control, Measurement of the quantity of works

and checking bills according to BOQ items, Layout of the structural components, verification of bar bending schedule, and ensure Work execution as per the change in design and drawings.

Preparing estimates and design of different civil infrastructure,Carry out educational, health development, and income generation activities in the project area to enhance the financial capacity of the local people, Surveying and field layout, Site supervision, design, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities

Preparing a daily report, daily work plan, weekly schedule, monthly progress report, drilling & blasting report, and so on, Supervised QA/QC,Motivate and instruct the worker to perform work as per drawing, Supervision and monitoring of diversion tunnel (L-213 m), open cut excavation(El.1522-1436),headwork’s with its related construction
