Whilst currently working at Krackerjacks, my role consists of proceeding with customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. In addition to providing customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. It is also part of my role to maintain a clean and organized checkout area to support workplace health and safety for customers and other staff members in food preparation and handling. As part of this position, I would assist in training new front of house staff by instructing them about cash register operations and customer service protocols and policies. This role has taught me the importance of upholding safe food handling and storage practises, particularly when cooking food items for those with allergies and intolerances.

Whilst working at The Cheesecake Shop, some roles I was enlisted to undertake was serving customers and answer general phone enquiries. In this position I was responsible for, continual stocking showcases, display fridges and coolrooms. At point of sale, I needed to decorate cakes with smaller items like chocolates and strawberries etc. In this role I also completed general cleaning duties at the end of each night. This position allowed me to gain confidence in serving customers and allowed me to gain experience in a working environment.
