I have four years experience in the retail industry in which I mastered new concepts and skills such as assessing and meeting customer needs. I have a friendly and can-do attitude and am very reliable with every task that I am assigned. I am a very driven and passionate person who loves a challenge. I believe no task is too big or small and will do my best to conquer anything that I am assigned to. I have one and a half years experience in the Hospitality Industry where I focused on providing the best customer service and professionalism. I adapted well to the fast paced environment and fell in love with working in the industry. I have a warm, bubbly personality which I believe is a great asset whilst working in customer service. I have extensive knowledge and experience in cleaning of the workplace. In my previous roles it was essential to have a clean, hygienic workspace.

I have experience operating heavy machinery in the coal mining industry including: CAT 730, 740 & 745C Articulated Dump Trucks

785 & 789C Rear Dump Haul Trucks. I have been acknowledged on numerous occasions for my outstanding work ethic, safe operating and team leading skills in these roles.
