"Madii did very well on placement and was a pleasure to have onboard. she was eager throughout and carried out duties as both primary and secondary officer. Madii showed skills and knowledge well beyond what is expected of a second year student. she already has great communication with patients and was able to build rapport with a wide variety of patients. Madii will be a great paramedic and I look forward too working on road with her soon

"Maddison conducts herself with a high level of professionalism with respect given to patient and medical professionals alike. she is aware of her abilities and is confident in these without being overconfident. She actively seeks feedback and is proactive in discussing clinical matters and cases using these to develop her knowledge with a view to improve future practice. She performs skills and procedures competently and safely with consent gained and requires very minimal input carrying these out. She has excellent underpinning knowledge of anatomy and physiology and uses this to create a clinical plan in which to treat and manage patients
