I’m a Provisional Psychologist completing a Master of Psychology (Organisational), with 15 years of experience in aviation and data management in the Royal Australian Navy. Alongside my psychology studies and a Master of Counselling, I’ve developed a strong interest in workplace wellbeing, team dynamics, and organisational culture. I bring calmness, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills, especially in high-pressure situations. I am passionate about applying psychological principles to help individuals and organisations thrive.
-Responsible for the deployment and management of the Computer Aided Maintenance Management system (CAMM2) to deployed venues at sea.
-Coordinate all sCAMM2 (deployable/special CAMM) hardware and software.
-Communicate and liaise with a range of parties including deployed flights, senior sailors, officers, civilian contractors and senior maintenance experts
Support Navy personnel by promoting mental health awareness, resilience strategies, and access to support services. Foster a positive and supportive environment through education, early intervention, and peer engagement.
Supported Orygen Youth Mental Health Clinical trials by identifying eligible clients, updating records, and coordinating between research and clinical teams.
Performed phase servicing, wire repairs, deeper level maintenance and functional testing on S70B-2 aircraft as part of a contractor team.
