- Effectively managed the care of post operative surgical patients using excellent time management and critical thinking skills to prioritise interventions to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Co-ordinated a busy 36 bed surgical ward ensuring patient safety and promoting a culture of trust and safety within the nursing and interdisciplinary team.
