INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC TRADE SHOW AND CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE -

  • Pre-arrange appointments with potential exhibitors and Sponsors if possible.
  • Assist with the Planning and preparation of promotional materials.
  • Exhibition stand preparations including liaising with event organisers to secure stand space.
  • Understand objectives and requirements for each event.
  • Secure participation contract and submit invoices to finance for payment.
  • Plan event with attention to budget and time constraints.
