Maddy McLain

I am a full time Uni student who is looking for fun and enlightening work. I've worked with kids in various jobs and have been known as a trustworthy, fun and reliable carer/supervisor. I'm heavily safety focused when need be, and love a fun, light-hearted learning environment. As a horse riding instructor I am safety-conscious, balanced with a caring personality. I am constantly using my organisational skills and attention to detail to care for children of different ages and abilities. I am a motivated individual with a semi-flexible schedule and desire to help children reach their full potential. Having completed a Certificate III in Fitness, work experience as a babysitter, as well as a pool where swim camps were held regularly, I'm confidant about using my expertise to teach specific skills in academic, physical and social areas, as well as promote life-long love of learning and creating new friendships. I have experience handling both group instruction and mentoring individual children. My own background in school was very active and was house captain during senior school.
