  • I ensure that all guests are greeted with a friendly, bubbly smile, assisting with sales, fleet and service flow.
  • As a receptionist I assure that all areas are clean and tidy, as well as keeping on top of general office duties, such as responding to emails, Linkt bills, stationary supply, take minutes in managers meetings, postage, working with programs such as Microsoft applications and Tune.
  • In a short period, the Dealer Principal of Downtown Toyota recognized and commended my ability to work efficiently and autonomously, whilst remaining highly organized under great pressure and conflicting priorities
  • I was then taught accounts receivable, accounts payable, entering invoices (sales and purchases).
  • I now am the personal assistant to Nicole Hamilton (HR, Safety and Accounts Wizard), as well as the receptionist
  • In this role I have full access to her calendar, schedule in meetings for her, send her post, book flights, take messages for her is she is unavailable to take them.
