- Primary modalities: CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts based Schema Therapy
- Primary interests: Women in transitional life stages and facing health challenges, neuroaffirming practice, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, grief and loss
- Key focus: Utilising neuroaffirming, weight neutral practices to support individuals to participate in therapeutic settings and work with their unique experiences and perspectives.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological clinical assessment, intervention and case management services in accordance with identified needs of the client, observing mental health and professional ethical standards.
- Plan, developed and implemented outcome focused individualised treatment plans using a best practice framework with continuity of care and recovery-oriented approach.
- Evaluated patients' goals, as well as mental and practical conditions, to develop individualized courses of treatment.
- Cooperated with other practitioners to establish SAS (Secret Agent Society), devise improvements and discuss treatment innovations.
