Working in this job has taught me many skills such as demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects. I've handled many responsibilities such as handling payments and making/cooking the pizza's, it's taught me how to work well as a team and effectively as the restaurant is a very fast paced environment.

This was my first ever job in hospitality and it has taught me many skills, its a small family-run cafe which i started at a young age, i was able to build lasting relationships with customers, turning them into a part of the cafe's extended family. I learnt great communication skills and helped create a welcoming atmosphere to the business. I mostly worked as a barista, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also had the responsibilities in taking order's and assisting in the kitchen, this taught me a well-rounded set of skills in a cafe environment.

I supported fellow waitstaff through teamwork during busy times, sharing responsibilities as needed. I also had the chance to train new waitstaff on proper food handling, customer service and safety procedures.

Working at Victors was a completely different environment to my other jobs, it was a very fast-paced high class restaurant which taught me how to work in a sophisticated setting, which i provided exceptional service, and maintained professionalism. My many responsibilities were taking orders, quick turn down, serving meals, upselling, serving drinks and taking payments.

There were many private events at this restaurant which has taught me valuable skills in customer service and adaptability. Handling various occasions demands attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to create a seamless experience for guests. It taught me the importance of personalized service and creating a memorable moments for customers.
