As an ambitious professional with leadership proficiency and Bakery manager experience I was both thrilled and scared to learn about the Bakery Manager position opening. I have put extensive thought into my decision to apply for this role and despite fear, I believe that my professional background, experience and industrialist drive makes me an ideal candidate to fill this position. I have spent the past 18 months fulfilling this role at Swansea Woolworths, in that time i have thrived and had a positive impact on the department store and my peers. I have successfully completed seasonal periods, store and community events,  learning so much along the way and always excited and eager to learn more ! I honestly believe that this job is what I was meant to do. It's the perfect match for my skills, experience and interests. I believe I have consistently shown growth and maintained eagerness to continue to grow.  I thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, striving for positive results by applying my staff supervision and customer service abilities.
