My Philosophy towards teaching and learning is inquiry-based constructivist learning supported by humanism and behaviorism to deliver an integrated and a negotiated curriculum based on student agency to create a 21st century learner. Identifying the learning styles and needs of students to create engagement and involvement that leads to higher order thinking is a vital factor in my teaching. A delivery method that is based cognitive structures and use proximal development, scaffolding instructions to motivate and transfer the responsibility of learning from teacher to student where by a lifelong learner is created.
