After working in the aviation industry for several years gaining knowledge and experience, I have been fortunate enough to complete my life long dream of obtaining my Commercial Helicopter Pilots Licence. I believe my professionalism, loyalty, eagerness to learn will assist in pursuing a career in the industry for many years to come.
Including the tasks of the Heli Base Coordinator, I demonstrated strong leadership skills by overseeing frontline coordinators to maintain impeccable customer service standards and efficient turbine engine machine operations. Trained all new personnel, orchestrated scheduling/breaks and ensured staff proficiency in front-office operations. Additionally, I supervised weight and balance checks, flight following, safety briefings, and radio communications to guarantee passenger safety. Collaborating closely with the chief pilot, I facilitated quotes, logistical arrangements for sizable groups, and secured landing permissions with DOC. Furthermore, I contributed to Sales & Marketing initiatives, conducted inventory audits, and promptly addressed feedback or resolved any grievances.
