I was responsible for training, developing a diverse team, and overseeing day-to-day operations, including social media marketing and budgeting. This role also involved managing KPIs, rosters, and staff, which helped me stay adaptable and results-focused. My passion for continuous learning has driven my diverse career path, from correctional services to dental management, and now to nursing which was where my end goal always was.
