As a dedicated Allied Health Professional with 7 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals. I am currently in my new graduate year, working at Kudos Services. I completed my Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education in 2023. I am excited to make a difference in individuals' lives with neurodiverse abilities. Contributing my academic knowledge, determination, and practical skills throughout my 7 years of experience to excel as a Developmental Educator, using my practical skills, determination, and theoretical knowledge. I aspire to create an environment for individuals with neurodiverse abilities to achieve meaningful goals towards independence and a greater quality of life. I can create this environment by upholding human rights, collaborating with key stakeholders, and contributing to inclusive practices with individuals who are neurodiverse. I chose to pursue a career in working with individuals with disabilities because I want to create a world where people with disabilities are looked at as equals in society and uphold the same human rights without discrimination.
