  • Returned to Treasury Wine Estate (Bilyara Winery) prior to the start of Vintage '25, as a Vintage Casual for the third year. Firstly assisted in White Process, Wine to Bottle and Sparkling Operations before moving into Red Vintage Operations.
  • Transfer wine and juice from one tank to another, often warming or chilling in line. Add specified additives to ferments and finished wine. Unload and load tankers with finished wine and juice.
  • Fill ferments direct from Crusher, pump over operations, manual rack and returns, automatic rack and returns using HMI equipment. Tartaric, DAP, Tannin and water ferment adds. Down topping and juice transfers. Drain, press and transfer ferments to tank farm.
