I am currently employed at Opal Healthcare, where I undertake case-based duties in clinical and operational areas for Opal Aged Care communities in the Victoria region. Throughout my tenure, I have held various roles in last 8 months including Acting General Manager, Acting Care Manager, Nurse in Charge, Trainer for Care Managers & Nurses, and have also been involved in preparing for accreditation audits. Additionally, I have taken on any position required in Opal Health Aged Cares during emergency situations across the state. My previous work experiences in different countries, coupled with my educational qualifications, have motivated me to pursue permanent healthcare management roles.


I possess a diverse range of experience in computer-related work, accounting, marketing, management, and healthcare. Recently, I successfully completed my Master's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration.
