Duties required included gathering together files so they are ready to get put in storage, answering phones (welcoming people who are calling, handing the phone on to the person required, taking notes).

I was approached by two Northbridge Netball Teams asking for myself to umpire their weekly games on Monday nights after school.

Duties required included an understanding of Netball Rules, good communication, confident and loud voice, upheld the integrity of the sport by remaining impartial and unbiased while making critical calls during matches,

Ensured on-time deliveries from online orders by packing LUKA's Day and Night Chocolate Drink Blends.

Skills required included communication with LUKA's owners, stock take, took the product and packed it safely ready for shipping, and ensured each product was branded correctly (LUKA Stickers, Thank you for Ordering and Instruction Cards).
