• Designed and piloted a program using both physical and digital resources to support patient recovery.
• Collected data through consultations with the Hand Therapy Team, consumer interviews at the clinic, and relevant research.
• Delivered five educational resources, including:
  -Four instructional videos covering exercises and safety precautions
  -One detailed handout outlining a recovery timeline

• Conducted assessments, interventions, and discharge planning for older adults.
• Evaluated safety and functional capacity in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including self-care, domestic tasks, and community access.
