I really love basketball or just any sport in general as it allows me to connect with others, build relationships, maintain physical health and promote positive mental health. Playing sport has enhanced my problem solving skills as well as my ability to remain positive in the face of adversity. Building connections with others is also of big importance to me as I feel I can not only work more efficiently with people I know but also enjoy whatever it is I am doing. By making new friends and building on those relationships I can practically enjoy any activity I partake in. For the most part though I love sport and socialising but also really enjoy my personal time where I can draw, study, remain active and overall better myself as a person.
