Maki Ridgewell

As a Japan nursing license holder I was contracted to be the official nurse for various Japanese schools coming to Australia on tour, typically 1 or 2 weeks at a time, my duties involved administering medicine and taking to hospital if required.

Worked as an all-rounder, assisting with Ramen and Donburi preparation, customer service, and cleaning duties. Communicated with both Japanese- and English-speaking customers.

Worked at Hero Sushi serving customers of all types and mostly English speakers.
