My previous job title as a kitchen attendant at Bondi Icebergs Club was a bit of an all-rounder job, but my primary responsibility was assisting in the management, preparation and service of food in the cold/larder section.

• Significant focus on food preparation and management, ensuring a consistently high level of service and standards
• I assisted in training new staff and fostering a supportive team atmosphere while upholding performance standards.
• Aim to enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving dietary concerns or special requests.

During my short time working at Bei Amici i assisted primarily on the Bar, making drink orders and bringing them out to customers. I also occasionally assisted in taking customers orders and running the food out to tables. Responsibilities included:

• Operated and closed down bar station according to sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Adhered to alcohol policies and procedures and complied with local and state laws.
• Assisted wait staff with timely food delivery and guest requests.

Working at Sydney Fresh Seafood my primary responsibilities were to greet and serve customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. If working opening/closing shifts i had to manage and organise stock both in the storage and display sections of the store, as well as maintain a suitable level of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities included:

• Used POS system to process sales, returns, online orders, and gift card activations.
• Greeted customers, helped locate merchandise, and suggested suitable options.
• Replenished sales floor merchandise and organized shelves, racks, and bins for optimal appearance.
• Maintained tidy and organized store environment to comply with cleanliness standards.
