I have worked in both fast-paced retail and hospitality environments, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction across both. My time working in the kitchen at Bondi Icebergs Club honed my efficiency during high-paced/stressful periods, as well as enhanced my organisational, time management and effective communication skills.
My previous job title as a kitchen attendant at Bondi Icebergs Club was a bit of an all-rounder job, but my primary responsibility was assisting in the management, preparation and service of food in the cold/larder section.
During my short time working at Bei Amici i assisted primarily on the Bar, making drink orders and bringing them out to customers. I also occasionally assisted in taking customers orders and running the food out to tables. Responsibilities included:

If working opening/closing shifts i had to manage and organise stock both in the storage and display sections of the store, as well as maintain a suitable level of cleanliness and hygiene. Music is a big part of my life. I am currently studying in the field and like to write my own in my spare time.
