Family and Child Connect is a local Community Based Intake and Referral Service connecting families to the right support at the right time. Worker role:


  • Provide advice, information, assessment and referrals to vulnerable families
  • Work with primary care givers from a whole of family perspective to achieve improved outcomes for the children
  • Support families with complex needs, including but not limited to, domestic and family violence, homelessness, disability, mental illness, trauma, drug and alcohol misuse, criminal activity, financial hardship, family law and social isolation
