Ortec Inventory Routing (scheduling system) & Movilizer (Driver delivery app) - Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Managing relationship between Z, Ortec & Movilizer
• Identifying product benefits and implementation strategy
• Lead delivery for realisation of benefits
• Lead quarterly system health-checks and recommendations implemented
• Provide system training to both internal and external users

Product Optimisation

• Ensured optimisation of the product through system analysis, maintenance and alignment with haulier cost model
• Owner of safety stock strategy and demand forecasting, including vs actual performance
• Management of Master data, system integrity and alignment across various company systems.
• Optimisation of delivery envelopes based on Integrated Supply Chain cost and port capacity
• Implementation lead for changes within delivery envelopes
• Ad Hoc analysis to highlight service or cost improvements
• Analytical support for other stakeholders within extended Integrated Supply Chain team

• Reporting and analytics
• Monitoring & reviewing supplier KPI's
• Cost and payments modelling
• Purchasing, payment and reconciliation of largest Opex contract (haulier bulk fuels agreement)
• Management of bulk fuel stocks at sites
• Systems maintenance and master data management

• Stock reconciliation and inventory management
• Detailed investigation and reporting on discrepancies
• Processing customer sales volumes and invoicing
• Processing sales and borrow/loan transactions under JV agreement with third parties
• Use of JD Edwards (JDE) ERP for all of the above
