Laying turf or doing landscaping in both public and private locations all round Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We worked as a group and was split every morning as to who was landscaping and who was laying turf.

We completed rail repair all around Sydney and NSW in both the city and also the countryside. We replaced the track, pins and sleepers underneath so that the track was kept at a highest level so that the trains can work at fullest potential. It was physical work but very much enjoyed it.

I had a few different positions during my employment. Some of these included slaughtering cow, Floor person & stockyard assistant. I also did cleaning kill floor at the end of the shift.

• Assisted in milking processes, adhering to hygiene standards for product quality.
• Conducted regular inspections of feeding systems, optimizing feed efficiency for livestock.
