Fitness Training, Singing and Going on little adventures

For me, all three have assisted me through out life.

Within life, everything can become very overwhelming and so finding the little things in life keep be grounded to my own reality. Personally, we grew up without much and this environment pushes one to utilize what they have and create something they will enjoy and love.

With training, I would perform body weight movements and just implement a new exercise I saw someone from school or online do in my small room (which I shared with 3 of my other sisters). This provided me a clear mind and kept me on my toes all the time and assisted with my mental state.

Sining was apart of my up brining and so naturally this was a form of expression. If I was happy, sad, moody, hungry or feeling any sense of emotions sining allowed me to express that through my voice, my tone, my melody and this gave me my "voice".

And lastly going on little adventures. This brings me to the reality that we have a life and we are the creates to that life and so we need to live in it. There is so much to be grateful for and beyond that, we can show people that. We let the things and the people of this world tell us how to live our life and so going out for a fresh breath of air, or walk along any road at your own pace just lets you know, that YOU are here so live in your life and don't allow that to be taken away from you.
