- Company Overview: The Almoiz Unit 1 plant is a state-of-the-art process and power house with a mill capacity of 10,000 TCD (Sugarcane) and 7000 TSD (Sugar beet) and power house capacity of 43 MW. The power house is designed by renowned technical specialists and has the capability of producing 15MW surplus electricity. The Almoiz Unit 1 specializes in the production of white Crystalline Sugar, Molasses, Bagasse and Ethanol.
- Installation and maintenance of process control instruments used in the field such as temperature, pressure, vacuum transmitters, gauges. Calibration of flow control valves, process controllers (DANFOS, MITSUBISHI etc.)
- Worked on different Projects including Falling Film Evaporators, Mill House & Power House automation including DCS installation. installation and synchronization of field instruments with the main control station.
- Supervision of BMR and purchase handling of instruments and field equipment.
- Responsibilities of shift engineer during peak production season, supervision of staff and team work.
