As QA Supervisor at SDW I am actively involved in the day-to-day management of quality, timelines, and costs to ensure products are delivered efficiently while maintaining our brands’ quality expectations.

• My role includes closely communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure any production issues are resolved early on, thereby causing minimum disruption to work flow and timelines.
• I am responsible for creating and maintaining the critical path to closely monitor the progress of each style, this includes tracking materials from individual suppliers.
• Driving timely approval of all lab dips, fabrics, and components through a commercial lens, ensuring on-time delivery while protecting saleability.
• Regular meetings with Design and Sales teams to address issues early, preventing them from escalating into major delays.
• Maintaining close communication with factories to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and no information is outstanding, enabling a smooth and minimally disrupted sampling process.
