Project Description:
Linfox was awarded the contract to manage warehousing and distribution operations for Unilever across six warehouses in Australia, commencing July 2021. The project involved delivering end-to-end 3PL warehousing services, integrating system interfaces between Linfox and Unilever, and implementing customised warehouse management functionalities tailored to Unilever’s supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performed System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end data flow between Linfox and Unilever systems across six warehouses.
• Executed detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on business requirements, ensuring functionality met operational expectations.
• Conducted Regression Testing to maintain system stability after enhancements and defect fixes.
• Provided support during the Hyper Care phase by identifying, logging, and tracking production issues through to resolution.
• Worked closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, report defects, and verify solutions.
• · Created and maintained detailed test cases, test data, and defect reports using HP ALM.
• · Ensured quality and reliability of customised warehouse processes delivered as part of Unilever’s operational transformation.

• Developed and maintained detailed test plans, ensuring clear communication of
  progress to business representatives and alignment on testing results.
  • Collaborated seamlessly with testers, business stakeholders, vendors, and third
  parties to ensure successful system, integration, and acceptance testing.
  • Led the development of testing requirements and scenarios, ensuring alignment
  with overarching project goals and objectives.
• Proactively identified gaps and associated risks, collaborating with project teams to
  address them effectively.
  • Documented, planned, and actively participated in test execution, leveraging
  automation for test suites where applicable.
  • Managed the defect management process by coordinating with business
  stakeholders, vendor teams, and SMEs to log, triage, validate, and close defects.
  • Produced detailed test reports, including Test Execution, Defect, and Test Summary
  reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and results.
  • Established and managed comprehensive test environments, preparing systematic
  test data for various testing phases.
  • Advocated for a safety-focused and inclusive work environment while supporting
  flexible team operations to enhance productivity.
