I am currently the People Director for a new business Portfolio within Woolworths Group Called W Living. It comprises the Big W General Merchandise Business, My Deal a newly Acquired E comm Business, Petstock Group , Healthy Life Pharma Business and WOW Group Asia

Key dimensions of the portfolio are cumulative sales turnover of $7.5bn, 176 BIG W stores, 275 Petstock Stores, 3 Distribution Centres, Asian Sourcing Operations in China, HK , Thailand and Bangladesh and over 22,000 team members across Australia , NZ and Asia.

Reporting to the Group Executive MD for W Living and the Woolworths Group CPO I am a member of the W Living Executive TEam, WOW Group People Executive, BIG W Portfolio Board and the My Deal Board I have end to end People, Culture and Safety accountability for the whole portfolio.

My first role in Woolworths Group was the People Director for Woolworths Supermarkets.

The Supermarket business is at the core of the Woolworths Group, employing over 118,000 team members over 970 locations.

Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer and Partnering the Stores Director, Format Development Director and Digital Director. I was accountable for driving change, building a customer and team first culture across the country and listening to our teams to build strategic people capability. A Member of the Group People executive and also a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for Woolworths Group .

Morrisons is the 4th largest supermarket in the UK with at the time a market share of 12% ( £17bn turnover per annum ) serving 12 million customers per week and employing 135,000 colleagues.

Reporting to Group HRD and working directly with the management board I was responsible for providing strategic HR and OD partnership to a number of key areas across the business during my time with Morrisons ,

These include the Supermarket Store Teams, Commercial and Support Office teams and critical new strategic business development areas of E Commerce in partnership with Ocado and the acquisition and scaling of the on line baby retailer Kiddicare and establishing and growing the convenience business.
