• Able to do ABCDE assessment and primary and secondary assessment. Enhanced the ability to communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team.
• Handover as per ISBAR, documentation, prioritizing nursing care as per patient needs.
• Learned the important and use of the different nursing pathways (chest pain pathway, sepsis pathways) respective to medical conditions according to the Queensland heath.
• Insertion of IDC with patient unable to drain the urine due to obstruction in urethra using aseptic technique and for the urine sample performed In and Out catheter.
