Description:
The Higher Education Accelerator project streamlined the integration process between educational systems and Salesforce Education Cloud (SEC), enabling seamless data exchange with third-party systems such as Moodle (Learning Management System), Stripe (Payments), and Allocate+ (Timetable).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developed test plans and test strategies for validating end-to-end data flows such as synchronizing Moodle course completions with Salesforce records.
• Created detailed test scenarios and test cases from complex requirements, such as payment failure handling in Stripe and timetable updates from Allocate+.
• Designed and executed System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) cases covering workflows across Moodle, Stripe, Allocate+, and SEC.
• Performed SIT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production verification testing to ensure accurate student records, payment updates, and timetable synchronization.
• Conducted MuleSoft API integration and synchronization testing, validating data transformation by executing SQL queries in MySQL Workbench.
• Reported and tracked defects in Jira and maintained all test documentation in Confluence.
• Performed API testing in Postman for Moodle and Stripe endpoints, validating responses against API specifications before integration testing.

Project Name: Monarch MHG (MMHG)
Description:
Monarch MHG is building an asset management solution enabling real-time integration of existing systems to deliver actionable insights via Power BI for improved efficiency and profitability. In the initial phase, the project integrated MediRecords with an Azure-hosted SQL database via MuleSoft APIs, making data accessible for visualization in Power BI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carefully reviewed requirements to design precise test scenarios and cases focused on verifying data flow from MediRecords APIs to the Azure SQL database and ensuring accurate representation in Power BI reports.
• Formulated detailed test plans and strategies focused on validating API integrations, database accuracy, and data visualization within Power BI to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Participated in requirement reviews and design sessions, ensuring that data fields exposed via MediRecords APIs matched business reporting needs in Power BI.
• Coordinated and executed UAT, consolidating test artifacts, reporting results, and logging defects in Jira for issues such as missing or mismatched data in Power BI visualizations.
• Performed data validation and reconciliation by executing SQL queries to compare MediRecords API responses with the Azure SQL database and Power BI reports.

Project Name: Trinity Project Management
Description:
Trinity Property Management is an all-inclusive property management solution that encompasses functionalities for owners, vendors, tenants, and admin. The project’s objective is to develop an in-house product that provides a comprehensive end-to-end solution for property management firms. The product comprises property listing and advertising, owner onboarding, rental application processing from potential tenants, background verification, contract signing between owners and tenants, and complete work order life cycle for property maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzed requirements and developed detailed test scenarios and test cases to validate key modules like rental application processing and contract signing workflows.
• Created comprehensive test plans and test strategies to cover functional testing of APIs, UI, and backend systems supporting property listings and tenant onboarding.
• Actively participated in requirement reviews, design discussions, and test planning meetings to clarify business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Executed User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collated test artifacts, documented results, and reported defects in Jira, including issues like incorrect rental application statuses and contract discrepancies.
