  • To provide a high standard of nursing care involving holistic overview of the patients and to provide Nursing Leadership and work collaboratively with CNC/NUM, Nursing, Medical and Allied Health staff to maintain a highly functioning CCU
  • Ensure best Practice and policy is being adhered to and to provide clinical support in Medical Emergency Situation
  • Promotes patient advocacy, taking accountability for actions, projects and performance
  • Actively participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care activities and assists other team members with delivery of patient care
  • To liaise with medical staff and the Multi‐Disciplinary Team, proactively engages with the team to ensure optimum care for patients
