- Prepares fresh fruits and vegetables and salads for the salad bar; stocks, dates, and rotates salad bar products to ensure quality, freshness, selection, and adequate quantity to meet guest demand
- Prepare and execute guest’s orders and requests for salads
- Prepare Smoothie and Fresh Juices such as Amazon Power, Immune, Mr
- Green, Revive, The Booster, Eye Spy and more
- Ensure that all products meet ABP’s standards of freshness and appearance
- Provide 'guest-first' service by listening, responding, and resolving all guests’ requests quickly through strong knowledge of all café products
- Assist management with expediting on the line
- Be a team player to achieve efficient operations
- Keep work area clean, organized and stocked
- Responsible for making sure all equipment and ovens are clean
- Perform prep and utility duties as needed/backup when needed
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
