  • EHS OFFICER, Advising, guiding and facilitating the Management, Supervisor and work force on Environment, Health & Safety matters., Participate in planning meetings., Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns., Conducts audits, including out audit findings, creating audits findings reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions., Conducting first day at work orientation to all newly hired employees., Identify hazardous situations associated with the incident., Identify and cause correction of occupational safety and health hazards., Review the Incident Action Plan (IAP) for safety implications., Continuously monitor workers for exposure to safety or health hazardous conditions., Conducts investigation of accidents as members of the OSH committee and submits report and analysis of accidents to the employer., Alter, suspend, evacuate or terminate activities that may pose immanent safety or health danger to the workers., Monitoring the EHS standards in the work activities at sites and providing advices., Implementation and monitoring of Environment, Health & Safety policy, plan & procedures., Preparing monthly EHS Statistics for project management and corporate management review., Taking part in the EHS meetings and put forward suggestions on EHS matters., Carrying out EHS inspections/ audits and maintaining records., Participating in accident investigation reviewing the report and communicating the learning points to the staff and the work force., Having liaison with Client and their EHS department, seek their advice and guidance and communicating them to the contract personnel., Organizing in-house training and mandatory training to the employees and maintain records., Inspecting vehicles at random, assessing drivers’ competence and advising the management., Taking initiative and leadership in organizing all EHS programs at the site and help earning good EHS reputation to the Company., Carrying out all the EHS activities as stipulated in the contract EHS plan., Take appropriate action to mitigate or eliminate unsafe condition, operation, or hazard., Provide training and safety and health information., Perform assessment of engineering controls and PPE., Document both safe and unsafe acts, corrective actions taken on the scene, accidents or injuries, and ways to improve safety on future incidents., Exercise emergency authority to stop and prevent unsafe acts., Investigate accidents that have occurred within the incident area., Coordinates and assist in the organization of Fire and Evacuation Drills., Monitors social events and weather in order to release appropriate advisory., Conducts OSH quarterly audit & daily Site OSH Inspections (e.g. Fire Equipment, emergency exits, etc.)., Ensure that the company has, at all times, the capability and resources to operate safety., Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed., Reporting to the superior officer any deficiencies and non-conformities identified during security and safety inspections and verification of compliance and implementing any corrective actions., Organize and schedule required safety staff and first aid coverage., Provide direction, support and resource to all site managers, supervisors, foremen and safety advisor.
  • Quality Management System ( QMS ) Internal Auditor, Identify the requirements of ISO 9001 and how they apply to the business involved., Establish quality objectives and how they fit in to the operation of the business., Produce a documented quality policy indicating how these requirements are satisfied., Communicate them throughout the organization., Evaluate the quality policy, its stated objectives and then prioritize requirements to ensure they are met., Identify the boundaries of the management system and produce documented procedures as required., Ensure these procedures are suitable and adhered to., Once developed, internal audits are needed to ensure the system carries on working., Responsible for quality system maintenance., Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality of management system., Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality function., Develop training to build quality awareness., Supports the Quality Inspectors to ensure that processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system., Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints., Preparation of quality reports., Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
  • Machine Technician / Operator, Must follow the standard operating procedure at all time., Operates computer-based machines (robotics machine) including minor repair., Do the proper standard operating procedures every time specially clean room area to avoid particles that creates low yield on the products., Checklist must be done before going to operate machines to avoid damage of product and equipment., Proper housekeeping to avoid accident.
