Duties

• Oversee and manage the operation of the evaporator and two stage dryer systems for the production of milk powder.
• Undertaking process design contribution and other engineering duties as required by the company.
• Assisting project managers and in the planning and coordination of any plant shutdown activities, related to commissioning, validation and the development of operational documents and training.
• Set up plant for production and 'Clean in Place' using CIP kitchen following detailed work instructions of manual tasks and checks.
• Diagnosing problems with production equipment and processes and developing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and control plant variables using computerized SCADA system and product analysers to achieve
  target product specifications.
• Constantly test and monitor product composition and keep detailed written and computerized
  information logs.
• Troubleshoot and manage product, equipment variation and complete routine preventative mechanical
