Project: Strategic Data Assurance

Strategic Data Assurance stream within Programme of Action, aims to fix root causes of KYC data quality issues within SAP. SAP is the Group’s source of truth for customer data, and SAP related product or channel integrations which enable customer creation, maintenance, and management of product or service relationship.


  • As a Product Owner of Strategic Data Assurance and Customer Compliance Management, I establish clear goal and objective for the project and align business stakeholders and technology teams to achieve outcomes.
  • Drive the project team through discovery, inception and execution phases with clear product goals

  • Understand the AS-IS and TO-BE business process and technology capabilities and suggest critical technology components for testing.
  • Identify defects/gaps in technology design and deviation from business and compliance requirements.

Project: Customer NEXUS is about Customer Data Management. Project NEXUS is to create end to end capability to enable the ongoing management and leverage of customer capabilities delivered by the programme to meet business needs. Key capabilities delivered are

Project: CommBiz is a web based application marketed by the bank to other financial institutions as a banking product. CommBiz is a premium online business banking service that allows small businesses, corporate and institutional companies, whose finances are managed by multiple staff to do their banking anywhere and at any time.

Global Travel Technology portfolio managed several third party tools for Travel booking and management used by travel agents. These applications are managed and customized by major GDS technologies like Amadeus, Galileo and Abacus.

Project: Membership Rewards on-line services make it easy to view redeem and transfer points for an array of reward choices. Also allows the customer to track their transaction history and reinstate deducted points. It also facilitates to register to the recognized partners of the Card Company. The application has wide market coverage.


Project: Foreign Exchange Service -The web based application which provides a low cost solution for sending and receiving overseas payments. This product has been used by various Institutional banks.
