It was my first job in Australia which allowed me to improve my English and acquire other skills such as:

• Preparation of drinks: hot drinks,cocktail,wine service.
• Exhibited strong multitasking abilities, balancing multiple tables and orders while delivering prompt service.
• Management of different services such as breakfast, lunch and dinner which is a gourmet menu in 5 courses.
• Prepare the different set ups for the different services or according to the events.
• Helped customers with dietary restrictions, allergies and intolerances obtain safe, delicious food by working closely with kitchen staff on alternatives.

This last job was a very versatile job where I started as a Barmaid so I managed the bar, stocks, deliveries and the preparation of drinks, I continued as a waitress while also continuing my roles as a bartender, so I did order taking, sending, welcoming customers, preparing and servicing banquets

I then evolved as a Manager and then acquired other skills

• Managed cash transactions accurately, balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Managed the stocks of the rooms and the bar.
• Enhanced customer experience by providing friendly and attentive service during busy shifts.
• Managed a team.
• Organised the restaurant according to requests and reservations.
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant

Work in addition to my job as a barmaid and where I was also able to work during the Covid period

This work allowed me to acquire new skills in another job:

• Developed tailored sales strategies for diverse clients, effectively addressing their unique needs.
• Create looks that correspond to the client's style and morphology
• Selected correct products based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
• Ensure that the store is perfectly clean and tidy using certain folding and merchandising techniques.
• Make collections,refunds and exchanges.

It was my first job in catering which taught me to be versatile by starting in the locker room then with the dishes and then I evolved as a barmaid and then finished as a bar manager which allowed me to acquire certain skills like

• Management of a fast service by being of quality.
• Kept alcoholic beverages well-stocked and organized to meet expected demands.
• Introduced new cocktails to the menu based on market research that became popular choices amongst customers.
• Streamlined inventory management for optimal stock levels and reduced waste.
• Mentored and trained staff members to ensure exceptional customer service standards.

Seasonal work consisting of cleaning all the common areas of the hotel, cleaning and maintenance of rooms, manage stocks of products and sheets

This work has allowed me to acquire certain skills:

• Disinfected and mopped bathrooms to keep facilities sanitary and clean.
• Cleaned and stocked guest rooms by replacing used towels and linens vacuuming floors, making beds, and restocking bathroom items.
• Maintained clean and comfortable environments in commercial buildings by vacuuming, cleaning windows, and dusting.
• Improved overall cleanliness ratings by implementing new cleaning techniques and products as needed.
• Rotated linens in storerooms and replenished when supplies ran low.
